This twisted rope incense is the traditional style of incense of the Hindus and Buddhists, leaves, spices and aromatic tree barks are wrapped in handmade lokta rice paper. Available in 4 fragrances (Juniper, Sandalwood, Citronella, Karma)
Size: 14 ropes
Handmade by skilled artisans in underprivileged communities working with Mahaguthi Craft with a Conscience, one of Trade Aid's fair trade partners in Nepal.
Instructions for use: light the tip of the rope. Gently extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning. The rope will glow and release a delicate fragrance. Place in a suitable incense burner.
Caution: keep out of reach of children. Use only on an inflammable base or holder. To avoid damage caused by ash, use a holder with an ash catcher. Burn in a ventilated area away from flammable objects and draughts. Never leave burning incense unattended. Ensure rope is extinguished before discarding.
